This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex is designed for comfort and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and a small , convenient bathroom is located on the ground floor. The living room offers two comfortable sofas, an extendable dining room table that seats 6 people, a TV, fireplace and ceiling fans for optimal comfort. On the first floor you will find 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom offers a double bed and its own private ensuite and the second and third bedrooms, offer 2 twin beds and a pool view. Ceiling fans are fitted in all three bedrooms for optimal comfort and the design of the house allows for natural air flow throughout, creating a refreshing and airy atmosphere.
